We have a dynamic and experienced team enabling us to work with a variety of individuals.  This includes working on a one to one basis, with small groups of up to 6 at our community kitchen or up to 12 offsite, with schools (primary and secondary) and with community organisations. Our sessions are designed to meet individual/group requirements and we welcome people of all ages, abilities and backgrounds.
